Just like in the big leagues, pitchers and catchers get a head start in New Jersey this season. It’s a new wrinkle in the preseason schedule, as teams get back to practice after the 2020 season was lost to COVID-19 concerns. For Holy Spirit, 2021 marks an opportunity to make a run at a Non-Public B state championship. The Spartans have plenty of top arms to help lead the way, but Spirit isn’t taking anything for granted this season.
