RFH held off a rally from Glen Rock to advance to the final eight in the Public “B” state hockey playoffs.  Check out all the highlights!

Rumson-Fair Haven 5 Glen Rock 2 | Non-Public “B” First Round

Nik Doumas had a goal and three assists and Rumson scored two key power-play goals to punch their ticket to the Public “B” quarterfinals.  After an Andrew Croddick goal gave RFH a 1-0 lead at the end of one, the Bulldogs got a five-minute major and cashed in on a Jack Riva power play goal.  Shortly after the five-minute major expired, Spencer Hobson gave Rumson a 3-0 lead.  Parker Dupuis scored a pair of goals to get Glen Rock within 3-2 with 6:30 to go in the third before Dominic Panke’s power-play goal gave RFH a two-goal cushion followed by Doumas with an empty netter.  Rumson-Fair Haven will face defending state champ and top seed Northern Highlands in the quarterfinals this Friday.
