Ridgewood – 9 Westfield – 8 in OT
Things looked bleak for Ridgewood, after losing to Don Bosco Prep earlier in the week, the Maroons found themselves in a 5 point hole, trailing Westfield 6-1 in the 2nd half on the road. An offensive explosion of 6 goals in the 3rd qtr, incredibly gave Ridgewood a 7-6 lead. The game was eventually pushed to OT tied 8-8, but Gavin Peene scored the game winning goal less than a minute later and completed the epic comeback for the Maroons.
