Seton Hall Prep and Morristown-Beard typically aren’t opponents in the regular season, yet the Pirates and Crimson battled on Thursday night in what felt every bit like a playoff hockey game.

Playing in their first game of the season, Seton Hall Prep showed no signs of rust as they skated to a 3-3 draw against a tough Morristown-Beard team on the road.

Dale Campbell, Ryan Rodrigues and Hudson Gorski all scored for The Prep, while the Crimson were led Noah Jones, Manu Verpouke and Seth Kaplan, who each lit the lamp.
