New Jersey’s longest running all-star football game returns for its 45th installment as the Phil Simms North/South All-Star Football Classic announced its rosters for 2023. Players, coaches and Parents gathered at Kean University as Simms and North Coach, NFL veteran and Vice President of Player Development, Roman Oben addressed the crowd.
