A career-year from senior Nick Schroeder has Nutley enjoying one of its most successful seasons in recent memory.
On Friday night, Schroeder made history by becoming only the seventh boys basketball player in Raiders history to eclipse the 1,000 career point mark. He did so thanks to a 22 point outing in a home win against Weequahic.
Schroeder is also the top overall scorer in Essex County this season and that’s aided Nutley in their trip to the upcoming state sectional tournament.
