Hunterdon Central wrestling went to the group 4 section final last year, but lost to Howell in a heartbreaker. This season, the team is raked 13th in the state and is certainly a sectional final contender once again. This afternoon the Red Devils stayed in conference, taking on the Hillsborough Raiders. Central had 9 pins, including ones from Hunter Graf in the 132 weight class and Normal Cella in the 152 weight class, meanwhile Hillsborough only had one pin. Mike Dooley took down Central’s Lucas Pulkowski in just 47 seconds during the 182 lb matchup. Central would win the match 57-13 as they look ahead to their meeting next week against Southern.
