The Passaic Tech senior, who stars as a RHP and shortstop, possesses a rare blend of athleticism that leaves MLB scouts in awe. Mulé throws a fastball that reaches 100 MPH and is a feared hitter who has a 100 MPH exit velocity off the bat.
