Robbie Garavente scores four times in RFH’s 9-2 win at the Red Bank Armory over Saint John Vianney.  We’ve got highlights and post-game reaction from the Bulldogs, plus a whole pile of Middletown North goals as the Lions opened Shore Conference tournament play with a 10-0 win at home over Central Regional

Rumson-Fair Haven 9 Saint John Vianney 2

Robbie Garavente scored four goals and Conor Deverin added a pair of goals and 3 assists as the Bulldogs scored eight straight goals after trailing 2-1 in the second period.  RFH is ineligible for the state tournament due to a brawl with RBR that resulted in going over the limit on disqualifications.  The Bulldogs advance to the semifinals of the Hanchden Cup bracket in the Shore Conference Tournament:

Middletown North 10 Central Regional 0

Khristian Acosta had a hat trick and John Dinnocenzo and Vincent Tomasetti added two goals each in a Lions rout.  Middletown North scored six times in the second period and will face the winner of Wall and Jackson Memorial next Tuesday at Jersey Shore Sports Arena in the Hanchden Cup semifinals
