Mater Dei Prep point guard Kenny Jones has made his Division I commitment to play college basketball in Maryland for the Loyola Greyhounds.  Watch highlights of the Seraphs floor general from his junior season

One of the key components of Mater Dei Prep’s back to back Shore Conference championships has made his college choice.  Kenny Jones announced via Twitter that he’s going to play Division I basketball in Maryland for the Loyola Greyhounds:

 

Jones was the floor general of a Seraphs team that won back to back Shore Conference championships. He has all the attributes you look for in a point guard – capable of handling a scoring load, but always thinking of getting his teammates involved and turn the tide with great defense. Jones had three double-doubles in points and assists including a 19 point 10 assist effort in the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinal win against Manasquan.  You can see all those talents on display in our highlight reel from Kenny’s junior season:
