Manalapan running back Marcus Salinas is in a battle against a rare neurological disease.  Find out how you can help!

Marcus Salinas was a member of Shore Sports Zone’s All-Zone football squad in 2015 after a stellar senior season that saw him rush for 1,325 yards and 11 touchdowns.  Marcus has been diagnosed with anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis, a rare neurological disorder that effects the brain and motor and memory functions.  He’s currently being treated at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
