The Braves have a three headed monster in the backfield and a physical and seasoned offensive line.  Manalpan looks for a state title after finishing the runner-up the last three years

Rich’s Take

Watching Manalapan in its scrimmage against Jackson Memorial, I can see why the Braves had all of its success in recent years.   Stephen Cheung did not play, but I saw the other two components of the three headed monster.  Imamu Mayfield and Dan Debner were sensational and a lot of the credit has to go to the offensive line.  Coaches will tell you the importance of a good kicking game and the Braves have it with Mike Caggiano.  Most of the highlights will be field goals, but a punter who can control the field position is invaluable.  The numbers on this team were impressive to say the least. The Braves have built a powerhouse program and I’m anxious to see them play.
