Middletown South 3 Point Pleasant Boro 1 – Public “B” Round of 16
Nick Lioudakis scored back-to-back goals in the second period to wipe out a 1-0 deficit and Clay Simonsen turned away 22 shots to get the Eagles into the Public “B” Quarterfinals. Eric Dahl gave Point Pleasant Boro a 1-0 lead at the end of one period, but Lioudakis stepped up thanks to tough work on the boards from Deven Ralph on both goals.
