As the saying goes.. It’s tough to beat a team three times. Delbarton School proved that to be true as the Green Wave turned the tide on Don Bosco Prep and avenged two earlier season losses to the Ironmen. Andrew Bosland took a pass from Michael Balzarotti and sent home the game-winning goal for Delbarton in the sudden death overtime period at Codey Arena in West Orange. With one stroke, Bosland gave the Green Wave a 2-1 win, ended Don Bosco’s hopes for a perfect season, and brought the Gordon Cup back to Delbarton Schoo
Jersey Sports Zone teams up with New Jersey Devils to honor NJ HS Hockey
Jersey Sports Zone’s partnership with the New Jersey Devils gave us the chance to honor athletes from New Jersey high school hockey in a special way. Our monthly goals of the month winners were honored during a Devils game that featured an NHL player watching the goals and posing for pictures. We wrapped up the 2017-18 season with our JSZ Hockey Banquet held during the Devils home game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Watch all of our Devils coverage below!
