Mike Fillipone was Mr. Reliable for Hanover Park last Friday night. The Hornets were looking for their first win of the 2019 season and it was Fillipone who rushed for 176 yards on 11 carries with three fourth-quarter touchdowns to help power Hanover Park to a rousing 61-38 win over Hackettstown.
Fillipone gathered 10,838 votes — or 37.7% of the polling — to win JSZ’s Week 5 North Jersey Game Ball.
