Jackson Memorial quarterback Lonnie Cebulski had an 18-yard TD run with :34 left in the fourth quarter to give the Jaguars a 27-21 win over Toms River East in the Central Jersey Group 4 state playoffs. Cebulski’s last-minute heroics gave the Jaguars signal-caller JSZ’s final Top Play Belt of 2019. Kenneth Bradley was at Jags practice and captured the presentation prior to practice. Jackson Memorial travels to Hammonton in the Central Jersey Group 4 championship on Friday night:
