After losing last year’s Hunterdon-Warren-Sussex championship game to Pope John, Hunterdon Central had revenge on their minds. It didn’t take the Red Devils long to impose their will in the 2022 rendition of this title game.

Junior FOGO Sean Creter, a Maryland commit, led the way for Hunterdon Central (13-0) with a hat trick in a 10-3 win over the Lions. Brendan Lehrer had a four point game and Dylan Johnson also chipped in a pair of goals to upend Pope John. The Lions (8-7) only trailed 3-2 after an eventful first quarter.
