Matt Perotti set a gold standard for the Hunterdon Central football program with a 94-46 record over 13 seasons highlighted by ten playoff appearances. Perotti stepped down following the 2016 season to focus on his teaching job at the school. Casey Ransone comes to Flemington to take over the Red Devils with an impressive resume of his own. Ransone built a winning program at Saint Joseph’s-Metuchen with a 26-13 record in four years including a 9-1 mark last year. The former assistant at Immaculata and Elizabeth has made a smooth transition at Hunterdon Central as evidenced by JSZ’s visit to Red Devils training camp:
