Aiden Cavendish and Demitri Forand had two goals each to lead the Eagles into the state quarterfinals. Cavendish opened the scoring on a redirect from an Andreas Forand shot who scored :13 seconds later to give Midd. South an early 2-0 lead. Demitri Forand’s first of two goals came on a penalty shot in the second period. The Eagles will be home in the state quarterfinals against Governor Livingston.
