For the better part of a decade, St. Joe’s (Mont.) has had DePaul Catholic’s number. That all changed Saturday when the Spartans delivered one of the biggest wins they’ve had in years.

DePaul Catholic defeated SJR for the second time since 2009 and won in Montvale for the first time since 1972 after a dominant performance on both sides of the ball. The Spartans’ defense shined and allowed only 65 yards on the day. Tyler Brown scored a 14-yard touchdown and kicked a 19-yard field goal in the winning effort, while AJ Rodriguez hit Marshawn Ferguson for a two-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter. Ferguson compiled 105 yards on six catches.
