Ryan Damelio scored a natural hat trick to keep Howell in the post-season picture. Damelio scored in the final minute of the first period and added two more in the second period to give Howell a 3-0 lead. John Dinnocenzo got the Lions on the board and Kurt Kroeper’s goal in the opening minute of the third period made it a 3-2 game. Rebels senior goalie Bobby Dovenero made some stellar saves in the third period to preserve the victory. Howell is now 8-9-3 on the season with two games remaining in the regular season.
