With tons of talent on hand at Blair Academy Saturday afternoon, it was the home team Bucs who continued to show why they’re one of the best teams in the country.
Blair – ranked No. 2 nationally by Intermat – squared off with fellow NJ squad and No. 11 ranked Delbarton during the annual 2020 Blair Duals. The Bucs lineup was highlighted by seven wrestlers ranked within the Top 10 of their weights in the nation and those rankings held up as Blair hustled through Delbarton to a 56-6 win.
Blair went 3-0 at the duals, outscoring their opposition 190-10 while also defeating Baylor School (TN) and Belmont Hill School (MA). They’ll host No. 1 Wyoming Seminary (PA) next weekend with the nation’s top team ranking on the line.
