Wall 76 Colts Neck 75 (3 OT)

Brendan Barcas scored 37 including the game winning layup with 0.5 seconds to go in Wall’s 76-75 triple overtime thriller at Colts Neck.  Chris O’Reilly was sensational in a losing effort scoring 43 to lead the Cougars.  The win gave the Crimson Knights its first outright “B” North title since 1974 and a dramatic turnaround under first year head coach Matt Kukoda.  Wall had just one division win last year and finished at the bottom of the standings.

CBA 60 Howell 52

The visiting Rebels nearly spoiled Senior Night in Lincroft, but the combination of Pat Andree and Jack Laffey allowed the Colts to avoid an upset.  Andree finished with 27 points and Laffey had 22 as CBA finally took the lead for good late in the 4th quarter.  Howell had a 31-30 lead at the half and a 44-43 lead at the end of three quarters.  Aaron Trimble had 27 points to lead all scorers for the Rebels.  The Colts improve to 17-4 on the season with the win.
