Red Bank Catholic 5 Saint Rose 1 – Monmouth County Tournament Championship
Blaise Panzini struck out 9 over 5 innings and Nick Merlo had a pair of RBI’s to lead RBC to a second straight MCT title. David Glancy had two doubles and an RBI. He led off the bottom of the first with a double to left and scored the game’s first run on an RBI groundout. Glancy then sparked a three-run third inning with another double to left that plated a run. Merlo had an RBI single in the third and hit a ball over the left field fence that was ruled an RBI double to cap off the scoring.
