Wayne Valley 34 Clifton 28 | Super Football Conference

Wayne Valley football (2-3) snapped their two-game skid Thursday night with a 34-28 victory over Clifton (1-3). Down 20-6 in the 2nd quarter, the Indians outscored the Mustangs 28-8 the rest of the way as senior running back Jadon Cabrales played a starring role. Cabrales finished the game with two rushing touchdowns and a 75-yard punt return touchdown which tied the game at 20 at the halftime buzzer. This marks his career high for total TDs in a game.

Valley QB Nico Squeglia also had a TD pass to Nick Barbieri in the game, and RB Isaiah Lovell had a TD rush. For Clifton, RB Euriel Watt scored two rushing TDs and WR Jayden Mouzone had a TD reception.

Seneca 35 Delran 14 | West Jersey Football League

Marist commit Anthony Tirico led a bruising ground attack as the Golden Eagles knocked off the Bears for their third-straight victory. Tirico rushed for four touchdowns, then connected with Cole Spates for a 70-yard strike in the victory for Seneca (3-2). Liam Simon had a 78-yard kick return touchdown in the loss for Delran (2-3).
