Tiago Aresta’s scoring did the job for 16th-ranked Monroe (7-0-1) on Thursday night in a non-conference victory over Steinert (4-3). Aresta had just one goal entering this game, but he scored more times in this 80-minute frame than he had in the previous seven games of his junior campaign. Goalkeeper Emiliano Lemus racked up five saves and recorded his sixth shutout of 2026. The Falcons will face two top-ten ranked teams in New Jersey in their next two games, taking on CBA and Pingry.
