An extra inning thrill ride in the Somerset County quarterfinals.  Check out the highlights of Rutgers Prep and Bridgewater-Raritan going to extra innings in Franklin Township!

Bridgewater-Raritan 10 Rutgers Prep 5 (8 innings) | Somerset County Tournament Quarterfinal

Stephen Pikulin blasted a three run homer in the sixth inning to tie the game setting the table for a five run eighth inning highlighted by a Michael Lobosco three-run homer to give the Panthers a spot in the Somerset County Tournament semifinals.  Rutgers Prep ace Li Perez who came into the game not giving up an earned run reached his pitch limit in the sixth setting the stage for the Panthers to come back.  The Argonauts had a chance to walk it off in the bottom of the 7th, but Panthers shortstop Cody Rible made a game saving throw to home to get a second out and Bridgewater-Raritan was able to escape a bases loaded jam to force extra innings.  In the 8th Josh Moore crushed a double to center to give B-R the lead and following a sacrifice fly, Lobosco hit his three-run bomb to seal the win.  Bridgewater-Raritan will face top seed Immaculata in the semifinals on Monday.
