Paterson Kennedy 20 Snyder 8 | Super Football Conference
The Knights finally put it all together Thursday night to end a 31-game losing streak that dated back to the 2019 season. Paterson Kennedy (1-3) scored its first touchdown of the season on a one-yard Anthony Thomas run early in the first quarter and this squad would never looked back. Thomas scored two total touchdowns on the night and Amir Richardson found the end zone for the third. Snyder (1-4) was without multiple starters in this game, namely high Power 5 recruit D.J. McClary, but kept this a one-touchdown game until the fourth quarter.

Middlesex 14 Dunellen 8 | Big Central Conference
Middlesex (3-1) defeated crosstown rival Dunellen (3-1) 14-8. The Bluejays led 14-0 at halftime on touchdowns from quarterback Dom Parenti and Jax Jarvis. Dunellen would get on the board in the third quarter on a 37 yard touchdown from Chiekezie Ogbuewu, who finished with 111 rushing yards. Dom Parenti rushed for 78 yards.
