Defending Group 3 Champs get a new Coach with the Same Expectations
Somerville is excited for the 2018 season. After winning last year’s Group 3 Sectional Final at Rutgers University, the Pioneers’ head coach, Jeff Vanderbeek, resigned. This year Vanderbeek’s assistant, Dallas Whitaker, takes over. Fortunately, the transition has been smooth. Whitaker supports and will continue to develop the high intensity and fast pace football culture already present at Somerville. Check out Somerville’s season preview now:
