Monmouth Building Center is back to honor high school athletes this winter with basketball game balls for both boys and girls. RFH’s Brendan Barry is one of 16 players nominated. Voting stays open until Tuesday afternoon
With high school basketball in full swing, SSZ is excited to team with Monmouth Building Center in Shrewsbury to honor boys and girls hoopsters every single week. Every Sunday, we’ll post the top performers from the week and we’ll keep the polls open until Tuesday at 4:00 pm. Then we’ll pay a visit to practice or a game and present a Monmouth Building Center Game Ball to the player voted on by you the fans!
Coaches: You can email your players for a Game Ball nomination – just email rich@shoresportszone.com with your nominee by Saturday evening. We also want to start our Stat Zone so please send us your leading scorers, rebounders, etc. so we can build our Stat Zone.

The Shore Sports Zone T-Shirt is ready to hit the printing presses at AdPro Imprints. Every Wednesday, we’ll post a list of Friday/Saturday games in basketball as our Game of the Week. Whichever matchup gets the most votes will get a bundle of T-Shirts for cheerleaders to throw out to the crowd during the big game.
