St. Benedict’s Prep 5 Seton Hall Prep 0 | Boys
U.S. No. 1 St. Benedict’s boys soccer put together their best overall performance of the year on Wednesday with a 5-0 victory over N.J. No. 6 Seton Hall Prep. After the scoring started with an early own goal, the Bees had four different goalscorers find the net: Amadou Hann (28′), Kenneth Carillo (44′), Richmond Laribah (62′), and Enzo Lolos (79′). Bees goalie Graham O’Hara finished the game with three saves as Seton Hall Prep goalie and Cornell commit Liam Collins had nine.
This win marks the 49th straight game without a loss for the Gray Bees as they improve to 8-0-1 on the year. The Pirates fall to 7-3.

Toms River North 2 Southern 1 | Boys
The Mariners used a flurry of offense to close out the first half, then fended off a charge from the Rams to pick up their sixth-straight victory. Chris Ruggiero netted his team-leading eleventh goal of the season in the victory. Jackson Homyak’s second goal of the season proved to be the difference for Toms River North (8-3). Brayden Vile scored his second of the year in the loss for Southern (3-3-2).

Peddie 2 Delran 1 | Boys
The senior duo of Tommy Kim and Christian Tharney has been on a tear for Peddie (6-2). Kim opened the scoring with his 13th goal of the season, followed by Tharney’s 11th. The duo has now combined for 24 goals through eight games, with both finding the back of the net in the Falcons’ win over Delran (3-5-1).
