Cup season is here! Our team pays a visit to three separate cup tournaments as things start to heat up! CBA gets the best of St. Joe’s in the Gordon Cup, Princeton orchestrates a late surge to win in the CVC Tournament and Marlboro-Holmdel upsets Ocean in the Handchen Cup. Stay tuned throughout the night as the highlights roll in!

CBA 4 St. Joe’s Mont. 3 (OT) | Gordon Cup Quarterfinal

Dominic Szczygieł snapped a rare losing streak with a massive overtime goal to lift the Colts past the Green Knights in the quarterfinals. Third-seeded CBA (18-5) endured a three-game losing streak (the longest CBA hockey skid in 20-plus years) before coming through clutch thanks to a key assist by Nick Desiderio. Desiderio, who was just named the Gordon Conference MVP this season, had a goal and three assists in the win. St. Joe’s Mont. (15-4) will go back to the drawing board before the state tournament kicks in.
