Woodbridge-Colonia-JFK Iselin 4 Monroe 1

Out to a red-hot start, the W-C-IK tri-op in Middlesex County is the home of the state’s leading point scorer. Ryan Lukko scored a goal and assisted on another, bringing his point total up to 27 (13 goals, 14 assists) through four games this season. Hunter Galgani had a great day in goal, stopping 18 out of 19 shots and making some stellar stops in the process. Woodbridge-Colonia-JFK Iselin is now 4-0 on the season, while Monroe drops to 3-1.

Westfield 3 Summit 3

A Union County clash between Westfield (4-0-1) and Summit (1-1-2) ended in a 3-3 tie as the Hilltoppers overcame a second period 3-1 deficit to tie the game on a Dylan Goldfarb goal in the third. Jack Staples and Nathan Steel also scored for Summit while Alex Ebel, Joey Tortorella and Kris Richards each scored for Westfield.
