Montclair Kimberley Academy 2 Gill St. Bernard’s 0 | Boys | Prep B Championship

Braedan Keegan scored early in the second half off a beautiful long service from keeper Alex Trovost on a free kick and CJ Dike added an insurance goal to give MKA the Prep B title on their home turf.  Montclair Kimberley Academy improves to 17-3 on the season and will be a threat in the upcoming Non-Public “B” state playoffs.

Paul VI 6 Eastern 0 | Girls | South Jersey Coaches Cup Tournament Semifinal

The second-seeded Eagles stepped on the gas early to reach their first SJ Coaches’ Cup Tournament final since 1991. Camryn Koerner led the way with a pair of goals as PVI notched its seventh-straight victory. Kylie Berk, Lila Kauffman, and Daniela Vogel added goals for Paul VI (16-1-1). The Eagles will face top-seeded Shawnee in the championship match on Saturday night. Third-seeded Eastern (11-6-3) now gets set for the South Jersey Group 4 playoffs.
