Scotch Plains-Fanwood 2 New Providence 1 (2OT) | Boys
Jayvon Young scored his second goal of the match with just :15 seconds left in the game to give the Raiders a dramatic golden goal win. Young scored in the 45th minute to put SPF in front before New Providence responded with an Alex Zamora header on a rebound to tie the match with 8:11 to go. Following a New Providence corner kick, SPF was able to race down the field setting the stage for Young to deliver before the clock struck zero. Scotch Plains-Fanwood stays unbeaten with an 8-0-2 mark while New Providence drops to 6-2-1.

Union City 2 Kearny 1 | Boys
The Soaring Eagles soared to a season sweep over their HCIAL-American division rivals Wednesday night. Jeff Vergara turned in an impressive eight-save performance to headline the big win for Union City (9-2). Amara Kenema and Alexis Rabanales scored first half goals for the Soaring Eagles in the win.

Leading 1-0 at halftime, the Cougars put the pedal down in the second half to notch their third-straight win and stay undefeated on the season. Mason Fowler, Ben Boucher, and Felipe Kanacri netted goals in the victory. Alex Miller had three saves and picked up a clean sheet in net for Cherry Hill East (8-0-1). Henry Stewart finished with four saves in the loss for Cinnaminson (6-3).
