JSZ has highlights from two major South Jersey scraps!

Delsea 47 Washington Township 22

The Crusaders built a big lead early before the Minutemen pulled within two points with three bouts to go. Delsea scored bonus points in its final three bouts to win it going away. Danny DiGiovacchino, Ausin Boos, Salvatore Marchese and Tyson Derenberger all pinned for the Crusaders (2-0). Robert DuCoin won by fall for Township (2-1) in the loss.

Shawnee 48 Camden Catholic 22

The Renegades picked up a key Olympic Conference victory over a shorthanded Irish squad to remain unbeaten entering 2023. Ethan Staples and RJ Hunnewell each won by decision in the victory for Shawnee (2-0). The Irish won five of the seven contested bouts in the dual as Wayne Rold and Jack Baylouny picked up pinfall victories in the loss for Camden Catholic (1-1).
