Gill St. Bernard’s 77 Rutgers Prep 64 | Boys
After being swept by the Argonauts last winter, the Knights returned the favor this season as they built onto a long win streak. Kobe Closeil had 19 points and freshman guard Connnor Junker poured in 15 points as Gill St. Bernard’s (15-4) locked in their eighth-straight win of the year. Jacob Canton and Andrew Kretkowski each had 16 points in the loss for Rutgers Prep (13-8).

Haddonfield 37 Gloucester 35 | Boys
The Bulldogs trailed by one with 6.9 seconds remaining when Chase Stadler buried a three-pointer at the buzzer to give the Haddons a thrilling Colonial Conference victory. Stadler and Chris Beane each went for a game-high 12 points in the win for Haddonfield (16-5). Marcus Flagg had nine points, including a go-ahead three-pointer in the final minute, while Jake Smith went for a team-high ten points in the loss for Gloucester (14-6).
With the victory, Haddonfield head coach Paul Wiedeman became the ninth coach in South Jersey History to reach 600 career wins. Wiedeman, in his 26th season at his alma mater, is now 600-144 in his career and has guided the Haddons to five state championships during his tenure for the Bulldogs.

Red Bank Regional 55 Rumson-Fair Haven 51 | Boys
George Sourlis won his 700th career game as the Bucs (17-3) completed a regular season sweep of their crosstown rival. Will Galligan had 18 points highlighted by three 3-pointers in the second quarter with Zayier Dean adding 12. Sourlis had 654 wins as the Rumson-Fair Haven girls basketball coach before retiring in 2016. Six years later, he returned to coaching with RBR.
