Ocean City 46 Cherry Hill West 44 | Boys | South Group 3 Quarterfinal

Charlie LaBarre hit the buzzer beater in the lane to send the second-seeded Red Raiders to the sectional semifinals. OC trailed by 19 points at halftime, but held seventh-seeded West to just second points in the second half. Kori Segich led the way for the Raiders (25-3) with 16 points, while LaBarre finished with 12. Quinn Gibson scored 15 points for the Lions (20-8) in the loss.

Newark Tech 61 Cedar Grove 39 | Boys | North 2 Group 1 Quarterfinal

The defending sectional champions are playing quite well and showed up in an all-Essex County matchup in the quarterfinal round. Ammon Eaton produced a game-high and season-high 17 points in the win for third-seeded Newark Tech (16-9). Eaton was one of four Terriers who reached double digits point totals in the win, along with Rodney Tullis (11 points), Malcolm Bragg (10 points) and Marcus Bragg (10 points). Nick Russo paced sixth-seeded Cedar Grove (16-11) with a team-high 13 points in the loss. Newark Tech will either host Weequahic or travel to Glen Ridge in the semifinal round on Thursday.

Red Bank Regional 59 Robbinsville 48 | Boys | Central Group 3 Quarterfinal

Zayier Dean had 17 points and Brandon Kirkpatrick added 13 as the Bucs busted open a three point halftime lead with a dominant third quarter on the way to a double digit victory.  The Bucs outscored the Ravens 23-7 in the third with Dean closing out the quarter with a hoop and foul with only one second remaining.  Red Bank Regional is now 20-4 and will face #4 Hopewell Valley in the semifinal this Thursday.

Ewing 38 Burlington Township 34 | Boys | Central Group 3 Quarterfinal

Joel Cineus scored six of his game-high 18 points to guide the sixth-seeded Blue Devils to an upset win over the third-seeded Falcons. Terrance Traylor went for eight points while Cameron James added seven points in the victory for Ewing (17-10). Aaron Ferguson finished with a team-high 14 points in the loss for Burlington Township (21-7). Ewing will host seventh-seeded Freehold Borough in the Central Group 3 semifinals on Thursday.
