Delbarton 1 St. Peter’s Prep 0 | Non-Public A North Semifinal
The unbeaten Green Wave continue to wash out any and all competition in their path en route to a second straight Non-Public A North final appearance. Liam McElderry’s lone goal in the 43rd minute was the deciding factor for second-seeded Delbarton (20-0-1). St. Peter’s Prep (19-3) had a banner season come to an end. The Green Wave will face either top-seeded St. Benedict’s Prep of fourth-seeded Seton Hall Prep in the sectional final later this week.

Notre Dame 2 St. Augustine 2 (ND wins 4-3 in PK’s) | Non Public A South Semifinal
Anthony Merluse made the key save in the final round to give the Irish a second straight road upset win. Will Lynch scored a pair of goals for Notre Dame in the first half to stake the Irish to a 2-0 lead before St. Augustine’s Alex Clark scored a pair of second half goals. When Felipe Samuel converted in Round 5 to give Notre Dame a 4-3 lead, Merluse clinched the win with a diving stop. Notre Dame will face Pingry for a spot in the state championship this Friday.

Long Branch 3 Middletown South 0 | Central Jersey Group 3 Semifinal
With overtime looming late in the second half, the Green Wave erupted for three goals in the final seven minutes to continue its magical run. Evan Santiago’s header with 6:57 left got the Green Wave on the board and Johan Gomez added a pair of goals to make it nine straight wins after starting the season 2-10. Long Branch will travel to Steinert on Friday for the Central Jersey Group 3 championship.

Delran 1 Cinnhaminson 0 | Central Jersey Group 2 Semifinal
Eamon McStravick picked the perfect time to strike for his first goal of the season and that proved to be the difference as the Bears won the latest chapter of this Burlington County rivalry. Anthony Salvitti earned a clean sheet with six saves in net for fourth-seeded Delran (12-7-2). Luke Rittler finished with seven saves in the loss for top-seeded Cinnaminson (16-5-1). Delran will face Robbinsville for the Central Jersey Group 2 title on Friday.
