Robbinsville 3 Notre Dame 2 | Boys

Robbinsville (7-2) defeated Notre Dame (6-3) 3-2 for the program’s first win over the Irish. The afternoon was headlined by opposing coaches and brothers, Jeff and Bryan Fisher facing off against one another. Notre Dame scored first, but Robbinsville answered back with three goals to lead 3-1 at halftime. Bora Turner, Daniel Silva and Giacomo Bottoni scored for the Ravens.

Chatham 1 Sparta 0 | Girls

Abby Droner’s penalty kick in the 22nd minute was all the Cougars (3-1) needed to hand Sparta (6-1) its first loss of the season.  Sparta’s Riley Molbury had 12 saves in a stellar effort while Amelia Sherman had a pair of saves for a clean sheet.
