Marcelo Harsch’s senior season debut was about as good as it gets with nearly 20 pro scouts in attendance. The 6’4″ Wake Forest commit tossed six scoreless innings with seven strikeouts while allowing one walk and one hit on 74 pitches to begin his 2025 campaign for Seton Hall Prep (2-0). Patrick Cassels contributed a triple, two RBI and a pair of punchouts in one inning of relief to secure a combined one-hit shutout against Livingston (1-2).

Hillsborough 2 Hunterdon Central 1
TJ Westlake pitched five strong innings and scored both Raiders runs to salvage a split in their two game series. Alex Reiling had an RBI double in the first inning to give Hillsborough a 1-0 lead. After Hunterdon Central tied the game in the second on a sacrifice fly, Westlake scored on a bases loaded double play to plate the winning run in the bottom of the second. Samuel Malone pitched two scoreless innings striking out four to get the save for the 2-1 Raiders.
