St. Peter’s Prep 59 CBA 46 | Boys | Non-Public “A” South Semifinal
Nick Ferdinand had 20 points and 11 rebounds and Mason Santiago had a double-double of his own with 18 points and 14 boards to lead the Marauders (27-3) to a convincing win on the road to reach the Non-Public A South championship game and a matchup with St. Joe’s-Metuchen on Monday at Lenape High. St. Peter’s went on a 7-0 run to close the first quarter to take an 11-6 lead and increased the advantage to 16 at the half. Izayah Cooper led CBA with 20 points as the Colts season came to an end with a 24-4 record.

St. Joe’s Metuchen 54 Paul VI 52 | Boys | Non-Public “A” South Semifinal
The Falcons seized control on the road early, but had to withstand a late rally to escape with their 13th-straight win and reach their first sectional final in three years. Andrew Kretkowski got the Falcons scoring 13 of his game-high 18 points in the opening quarter. Aidan Carter delivered 15 of his game-high 18 points in the second half for St. Joe’s Metuchen (29-1). Toussaint Malukila went for a team-high 17 points, while Isaiah Thatcher added 15 points in the loss for Paul VI (25-5). St. Joe’s advances to face St. Peter’s Prep for the Non-Public “A” South title on Monday at Lenape High School.
