Camden 60 Elizabeth 50 | Tournament of Champions Boys Semifinal

Star players have the ability to change the game with one play, and that’s exactly what D.J. Wagner did for The High. Wagner’s steal and slam with 4:10 to play in the fourth quarter sparked a late run for Camden (31-2) to seal a tough win. Wagner led all scorers with 30 points. Elizabeth (20-7) gave the Panthers everything they had in their arsenal and, in fact, held a 29-28 lead on Camden at the break – it was the first time since Opening Night that Camden trailed a New Jersey team at halftime.
