Ohio State commit Zed Key had 37 points and 16 rebounds to lead Long Island Lutheran to a hard-fought home win in a New York/New Jersey showdown. Key scored 12 of LuHi’s 14 points in the first quarter and was a perfect seven for seven from the free-throw line in the 4th quarter. The Celtics got 24 points from Jonathan Kuminga. TPS had a 22-14 lead after one and a 33-30 edge at the half. Illinois signee Andre Curbelo had 10 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds and 5 steals. Allentown 73 Bordentown 71
Just before the Mercer County Tournament kicks off, Allentown improved to 16-5 with a 73-71 win over Bordentown. The Red Birds trailing after the first quarter were locked into a close back and forth battle that saw Rider University commit RJ Weise finish with 27 points on Senior Night. The Wildcats were coming off a huge win over Wildwood Catholic earlier in the week, and they kept it rolling against the Eagles. Marcus Pierce led the way with 22 points, while Daniel Skillings added 17. Ethan Dodd and D.J. Germann went for 22 points and 17 points respectively for EHT in the loss.

Delsea 64 Williamstown 44
After a back and forth first half, the Crusaders dominated the second half to cruise past the Braves. Jerry Surrency III scored early and often on his way to a game-high 28 points. Tristan Cornish (11 points) and Trey Simmons (10 points) each finished in double-figures for the Crusaders. Keon Sabb scored a team-high 20 points for the Braves in the loss.
