St. Mary’s (Elizabeth) 84 Trenton Catholic 72

In one of the best regular season games you’ll see all year a Top 20 matchup between No. 13 St. Mary’s (Elizabeth) and 15th ranked Trenton Catholic lives up to the hype. TCA leading for most of the game went ahead by 21 points to begin the fourth quarter. St. Mary’s slowly clawed their way back and in the closing seconds when trailing by two a missed free throw was recovered by Jay Solano and converted to tie the game which sent the Hilltoppers to overtime. However, one extra quarter wasn’t enough between these two as St. Mary’s would have to pull away in the second overtime. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the highlights:

Josh Pierre-Louis scored a career high 25 points as the Lions improved to 4-0 despite not having Kahlil Whitney in the lineup.
