Tenafly improved to 4-0 following a dominating 49-6 win over Dover. The Tigers went up 28 points to end the first quarter, as both Will Mangaser and Kenny Uchida had two touchdowns heading into halftime. JSZ’s Nery Rodriguez has the highlights:
Gloucester City 42 Pitman 0
The undefeated Lions raced out to a 14-0 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. Kyrin Nelson had a big night on the ground, rushing for four touchdowns. Steven Burkhardt added a pair of rushing scores in the victory. Mason Jankowski had an interception to help lead the Gloucester defense to a shutout. JSZ’s Mike Frankel has the highlights:
Passaic Tech 49 Passaic 18
Passaic Tech secured their first win of the 2020 season Thursday after a dominating performance from the ground game that put up 239 yards and five touchdowns. The play of the game, however, was a juggling 17-yard touchdown grab from Michael Kiritsis that closed the first half.
