A jam-packed three days of high school football coverage begins Thursday night. A monster showdown between Rumson-Fair Haven and Red Bank Catholic leads the coverage. Also, we get another rendition of West Orange vs. Montclair and check in on a pair of undefeated squads clashing in WJFL action. Stay tuned for our full coverage throughout the night!
Rumson-Fair Haven 26 Red Bank Catholic 11 | Shore Conference
Owen O’Toole threw for 256 yards and a TD pass and Kellen Murray racked up 185 yards on the ground with three touchdowns as the RFH rallied from an 11-0 deficit to score 26 unanswered points and beat RBC for just the second time in the last 18 meetings between the two schools. RBC raced out to its lead on a Frankie Williams 22-yard TD pass to Jason Berecsky followed by a Logan Caruso 45-yard field goal. Jordan Angstreich raced 79 yards on the first play of the second quarter for a TD and the Bulldogs took a 19-11 halftime lead thanks to a pair of Murray TD runs. The Rumson defense was tremendous in the final three quarters holding RBC to just three yards rushing.

West Orange 33 Montclair 14 | Super Football Conference
A three-touchdown performance from senior Chris Barrino powered the Mountaineers to a rivalry win over the Mounties at the Zone6ix High School Football Classic. Barrino found the endzone with the ground game all three times as he spearheaded a dangerous rushing attack for West Orange (5-2). Jaylin Bullock threw for a touchdown and rushed for a touchdown for Montclair (2-5) in the loss.

Hopewell Valley 13 Burlington Twp. 12 | West Jersey Football League
The Bulldogs helped head coach Dave Caldwell earn his 100th career victory and passed a major test as they outlasted the Falcons in a battle between undefeated teams. Johns Hopkins commit Milan Desai found Owen Lengle for the go-ahead score and added a rushing touchdown to lead Hopewell Valley (7-0). Baron Davis connected with Quayd Hendrix for a 40-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter for Burlington Township (6-1).
