Elizabeth 56 Linden 51

Elizabeth defeated Linden 56-51 to improve to 6-2. The Minutemen trailed by 10 in the third quarter before tying and taking the lead late in regulation on a dunk from London Carson. Carson finished with 23 points while junior Cameron McRae had 17 points.

Pitman 55 Wildwood 46 | Boys | Tri-County Conference

Stephen Devanney hit five three-pointers to lead the Panthers to a key TCC Classic Division win on the road. Elijah Crispin added 15 points and played a stellar floor game in the victory for Pitman (7-1). Junior Hans scored a game-high 21 points for the Warriors (5-3) in the loss.

Bayonne 41 New Providence 32 | Girls

The Bees fended off a late comeback attempt from the Pioneers to take home the victory in a battle between defending state champions. Ailani Dasher led a balanced attack with a team-high 10 points as the Bees passed their biggest test of the season to date. Cyniah Smith, Janaya Meyers, and Taliyah Smith all scored seven points for Bayonne (7-0). Grace Kinum poured in a game-high 16 points in the loss for New Providence (7-2).
