Jaden Brown dropped a career-high 29 points and Julius Avent went for a career-high 26 points as the two juniors fueled a fantastic come-from-behind win to take down the No. 1 team in the state. Brown and Avent helped Bergen Catholic (8-3) erase a 14-point second-half deficit to get the win. Omari Moore paced Hudson Catholic (10-2) with a season-high 24 points in the loss.

Mia Pauldo had 20 points and Mya Pauldo had a complete game with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to give the Crusaders (10-0) another high profile win. Morris Catholic led 19-12 after the first quarter and never surrendered the lead. The Pauldo twins, committed to Tennessee, have not lost to a New Jersey team in over two years.
