Bergen Catholic 24 Don Bosco Prep 20 | Super Football Conference

The 80th all-time meeting between these two archrivals was a wild back and forth affair under rainy conditions Saturday afternoon. Bergen Catholic (4-1) generated five turnovers and dominated on defense and special teams to earn this win. Benjamin Carey’s third quarter scoop-and-score was the play of the game. Don Bosco (2-2) fought hard and threatened a comeback late despite losing starting QB Devin Sisler to injury earlier in the game.

Oakcrest 35 Absegami 17 | West Jersey Football League

The Falcons trailed 14-0 in the first quarter, but were able to rally back to knock off the Braves in the battle for the Joe Mohr Memorial Trophy. Donovan Linthicum took over in the second half, as he rushed for three of his four touchdowns on the afternoon. Ryan Staton had a pick-six in the victory for Oakcrest (4-1). Donald Johnson scored on both sides of the football in the loss for Absegami (2-3).

Middletown North 35 Freehold Boro 7 | Shore Conference

On a rainy and windy day, Middletown North was still able to generate high quality offense.  Owen Robson threw a 49 yard TD to Jack Viola to start the scoring and Brian Gallagher had two TD’s to help the Lions reach 4-0 on the season.
